On July 1, 2005, the school became an independent, not for profit, Catholic high school serving the needs of the broader community. Bishop García Diego High School, Inc., is a non-profit religious corporation that is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and Section 23701 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code. A local Board of Trustees governs the school.
Mrs. Tina Agnoli
Tina grew up in Santa Barbara and is a Bishop Garcia Diego High School Graduate, class of ’85. Tina and her husband, Chris ‘83, were married 27 years ago and they have two children, both of whom are Bishop Diego graduates, Kate ‘14 and Mike ‘17. Tina believes in keeping the Catholic School tradition alive by being an active volunteer and has participated on the Bishop Diego Board of Trustees since 2019, Co-Chaired the Bishop Diego Auction from 2011-2017, and played an active role as a Parent Ambassador. When not volunteering, Tina has enjoyed 26 years of heading up the Property Management division of Sun Coast Real Estate-Chris Agnoli Property Management.

Theresa Bohnett Coronado was born and raised here in Santa Barbara and is an alum of Bishop, Class of ‘81, following a long line of siblings through this incredible and storied high school. After many years in San Diego, Theresa moved back to Santa Barbara with her husband, Mario, and 2 daughters, both of whom graduated from Bishop as well - Evie ‘17 and Anna ‘18. She began her financial analytics career in San Diego, working with several national and international law firms. For the past 16 years she has worked with the national public firm, Best Best & Krieger, in her role as Sr Pricing Manager, directing all aspects of pricing and profitability across the firm. Theresa is happy to be serving on the Board of Trustees to give back in some small way in appreciation for what Bishop has done for her and her family over the years - and in the years to come!
Mr. Francois DeJohn
One of the founding partners of Hayes Commercial Group, Francois specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties in Santa Barbara County. He is extremely well versed in the representation of both landlords and tenants and brings over 30 years of experience to the Hayes Commercial team. In total, he has represented clients in more than 1,800 commercial transactions valued at more than $2.8 billion.
Fran is currently a board member for the UCSB Economic Forecast Project, Santa Barbara South Coast Chamber of Commerce, Coast Village Road Association and Bishop Garcia Diego High School. His educational background is also firmly entrenched in the Santa Barbara community. He graduated summa cum laude in Business Economics from University of California at Santa Barbara, where he played intercollegiate soccer for the Gauchos.
He has lived in Santa Barbara since 1989, where he met his beautiful wife at UCSB and has raised his two wonderful children that attended Bishop Garcia Diego High School.

With 25 years in the business, Patrick's experience in finance began at the University of California, Santa Barbara where he earned his B.A. in Economics. After graduation, he decided to stay in the area and began his career at Dean Whitter in Santa Barbara. Before beginning his partnership with UBS in 2014, Patrick spent time at Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney and Wells Fargo Advisors. Through these experiences, Patrick has honed his focus and skills on custom portfolio construction and helping clients reach their goals through comprehensive financial planning and holistic wealth management, all of which he delivers here at Gibraltar Wealth Management at UBS. An avid cyclist, runner, and swimmer, when Patrick is not outdoors, he can be found spending time with his wife, Meghan, and their three sons - Ryan '19, Sean '20, and Liam '23.
Mr. Robert Forouzandeh
Robert Forouzandeh is a Litigation Partner at Reicker, Pfau, Pyle & McRoy, LLP, Santa Barbara’s Premier Business Law Firm. Robert acts as outside general counsel for small and medium businesses and advises them on their day to day operations, executing their strategic vision and best practices to avoid litigation. He also litigates corporate, business, real estate and employer-side employment disputes.
Robert graduated from Bishop Garcia Diego High School in 1999 and was born and raised in Santa Barbara. Robert played varsity football, soccer and baseball for Bishop and was named to the All Tri-Valley League, First Team in baseball his senior year. Robert and his wife have two young children. Robert is an avid golfer.
Mr. Tom Johnson
Tom Johnson and his wife, Noel, have 3 children. Noel enjoys arts and crafts and, like Tom, enjoys spending as much time as possible with their children and participating in their lives. Their son works at the Santa Barbara airport, one daughter recently graduated from the Savannah School of Art & Design (both are Bishop Diego alumni), and the other is a senior at Bishop Diego. Tom was confirmed in the Roman Catholic Church, Easter 2019, and is a member of the San Roque parish. Tom was born and raised in Michigan and attended Grand Blanc High School. He played tennis there (and won the state tournament, 2d-line doubles in 1978), and also in college graduating from Hillsdale College in 1983. Tom came to California in 1989 to attend law school, was on the law review, clerked for 3 federal bankruptcy judges, worked for a national law firm and a bankruptcy-boutique firm, before starting his own law practice. Tom is retired from the practice of law, and now enjoys playing golf and hunting.

Mr. Tyrone Maho
Tyrone J. Maho is a founder and partner of the Santa Barbara law firm of Maho & Prentice, LLP. His practice is in civil litigation, particularly focused on representing plaintiffs in serious and catastrophic personal injury matters, including wrongful death, automobile, motorcycle or bicycle accidents, premises liability and product liability cases.
Tyrone and his law firm are active in the community, with Tyrone being the founder of SPARKLE, a local non-profit which brought a patriotic fireworks show to the City of Santa Barbara for the 4th of July after a 5 year hiatus, starting in 1994. He also was a founding member of the Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Council, and has been active as President of Goleta Valley South Little League and as an attorney coach for high school mock trial. His law firm is a sponsor of the Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table and local athletics. Tyrone and his wife have triplet boys who are proud Bishop Alumni, Class of 2021.
Msgr. Richard Martini
Monsignor Dick Martini is in his 10th year as Pastor of St. Joseph Parish in Carpinteria. Ordained in 1980 as a priest of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, he subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Education Administration and served 10 years in High School Ministry.
Monsignor Martini grew up in Pacific Palisades. His family often vacationed in Santa Barbara. Prior to his assignment in Carpinteria, Msgr. Martini was Chair of the Council of Priests and coordinated leadership training for priests and their staffs. He is a liaison for Racial Justice Ministry in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. He enjoys riding his bicycle and has completed a cross-country trek from the Pacific Ocean to Bar Harbor, Maine.
