We are happily married and continue to grow in our love for one another.What drew you to Bishop?As I had recently returned from coming off the mission's field, I was looking for a position where I could continue to interact with International students. Bishop Diego had a strong international program and they were open to me starting Mandarin Chinese classes. The fact that Bishop Diego was a Christian school also drew me here.What book are you reading, or have you currently read and what is it about?Unlocking the Emotional Brain: This book presents the latest findings in neural plasticity and neuroscience on how to enact transformational and lasting change.If you could have dinner with anyone past or present, who would it be and why?I would have dinner with Jesus. I believe that this encounter would radically change my life. I would love to observe how Jesus loves those around him both verbally and non-verbally.Where would we find you when you are not at work? Where is your favorite place in the world?At my friend's house playing a European strategy game.What is your favorite Bible verse or inspirational quote?1 Corinthians 1:3-4 "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."Who has had the biggest impact on you?Dr. John Townsend's teachings and books. Dr. Townsend's teachings on psychology have helped me to grow personally and professionally.What advice would you give to a new Bishop student?My advice is to befriend an international student. The experience will expand your horizons and open up your worldview.
