Charles (Chuck) Roberts, ‘66
Mr. Roberts passed away on Tuesday, September 4th following a short battle with cancer. A member of Bishop High’s class of 1966, Chuck was honored as the “Cardinal Bulldog” (an annual football award at that time). Until his retirement last month, Chuck served as our Business Manager for the past eight years. During his tenure, we were truly blessed by his skill-set, integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and overall dedication to our school. Our thoughts and prayers are offered to Chuck’s family, including his high school sweetheart and wife, Harriet (Bohnett), class of 1966, and his four children, Christina, Matt, Charlie ‘96, and Cody ‘10. Alexandra Joyce Tang, ‘06
Ms. Tang was involved in a senseless act of violence and died over the Labor Day weekend. She is the daughter of Dr. Alexander Tang and his wife, Elizabeth. Alex attended San Roque Catholic School and then graduated from Bishop High in 2006. Following graduation, Alex attended Santa Barbara City College and in 2011 graduated from UCSB with a degree in psychology. A member of a large and devoted Filipino family, Alex is loved by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition to her mom and dad, Alex is survived by her sister Candice ‘00.
